Skin is your body's largest organ. It serves as a protective barrier between your insides and the rest of the world, helps regulate body temperature and acts as a filter. Skin exists in a constant state of growth, with old cells dying as new cells are forming. It's affected by every aspect of your life, from what you eat to where you live. Healthy skin is better able to fight signs of aging, heals much faster and staves off potential disease better than unhealthy skin.
TIPS FOR HAVING A HEALTHY AND CLEAR SKIN
1.Spot-Treat areas of your face
Don´t apply the same lotion to your face as you would your body. Treat areas of your face differently, depending on your needs, as opposed to slathering every serum, night cream and moisturizer over their entire visage.
The sun, believe it r not, really damages your skin. Make sure to apply sunscreen.3.Hydrate your skin
As dumb as it can sound, even if you have oily skin, you have to hydrate your skin, with the facial cream that best suits you.4.Take your makeup OFF!!
The first rule to makeup, never go to sleep wth it on. It incredibly damages your skin, causing your pores to clog.5.Have a daily work-out routine
Doing exercise does not only help your figure, but also your skin.
6.Eat healthy
Have a healthy diet, and try to avoid greasy meals and food that contains lots of sugar.7.Exofiate
Know when to exfoliate your skin. It is recommended to exfoliate your skin around twice a week, to get rid of dead cells. But exfoliating too much (daily) can cause irritation on your skin.8.Cleansing tool
Use a cleansing automatic brush while washing your face, to really get all the dirt off your face.
